Imagine you’re going to be hiking 5 miles in the mountains and you can’t bring along any food. Not high in fat, and rich in protein and carbohydrates.

Also, if you’re feeling skittish about donating blood, you can do this. There isn’t any pain, you get a free mini-checkup and blood analysis, and you may have just saved (up to) three lives.
