I have a medical condition that is destroying my sense of balance. Because of this I depend on my service dog for day to day activities such as walking and even retrieving items. Without him I wouldn’t be able to function even in my own home. As my condition is getting worse I’m realizing I need to upgrade his service dog gear. The gear that would help the most is $500. I have a great friend who I live with right now or I would be homeless. I’ve been fighting to get on ssi payments for 10 years now. I would really appreciate any form of help with this.
